Orders can be cancelled before restaurant confirmation.
Once the restaurant accepts and begins preparation, cancellation may not be allowed.
Some restaurants may allow partial refunds based on preparation status.
Users can cancel table bookings before the restaurant’s cancellation deadline.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
No refund (if prepayment made)
Temporary account restrictions (for repeated misuse)
Restaurants may cancel orders or bookings due to:
Item unavailability
Technical issues
Emergency closures
In such cases, full refunds will be processed where applicable.
If a delivery partner cancels or is unavailable, we will attempt reassignment or issue a refund.
