Order Cancellation (Delivery / Takeaway / Dine-In)

  • Orders can be cancelled before restaurant confirmation.

  • Once the restaurant accepts and begins preparation, cancellation may not be allowed.

  • Some restaurants may allow partial refunds based on preparation status.


Table Booking Cancellation

  • Users can cancel table bookings before the restaurant’s cancellation deadline.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

    • No refund (if prepayment made)

    • Temporary account restrictions (for repeated misuse)


Restaurant Cancellation

Restaurants may cancel orders or bookings due to:

  • Item unavailability

  • Technical issues

  • Emergency closures

In such cases, full refunds will be processed where applicable.


Delivery Partner Cancellation

If a delivery partner cancels or is unavailable, we will attempt reassignment or issue a refund.
