This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how food orders are delivered through the DineInToGo platform.


Service Coverage

  • Delivery availability depends on:

    • Restaurant service area

    • Customer location

    • Delivery partner availability

  • Some restaurants may offer delivery, takeaway, dine-in, or table booking only.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment (unless Cash on Delivery is enabled).

  • Once the restaurant accepts the order, food preparation begins immediately.

  • Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary due to:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather

    • Restaurant preparation time

    • Peak hours


Delivery Method

Orders may be delivered by:

  • Restaurant-managed delivery staff, or

  • Third-party delivery partners integrated with DineInToGo

DineInToGo acts as a technology platform and does not directly prepare or deliver food unless stated otherwise.


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on:

    • Distance

    • Order value

    • Restaurant pricing

    • Peak-time surcharges (if applicable)

  • All applicable charges are displayed before order confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • No refunds will be issued for delays unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.


Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

A delivery may be marked as failed if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the user

  • Customer is unavailable or unresponsive

  • Delivery location is inaccessible

In such cases:

  • The order may not be eligible for refund

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges


Contactless Delivery

Where available, users may choose contactless delivery at checkout.
Delivery partners will follow instructions provided by the user.


Takeaway / Pickup Orders

  • Customers must arrive within the selected pickup time.

  • Late pickups may affect food quality.

  • Restaurants may discard orders after extended delays with no refund.


Dine-In & Table Booking

  • Shipping/delivery does not apply to dine-in or table booking orders.

  • Table booking confirmation does not guarantee food availability unless pre-ordered.


Order Tracking

  • Real-time tracking may be available depending on the restaurant and delivery partner.

  • Notifications will be sent via app, SMS, or email.


Food Responsibility

  • Restaurants are responsible for:

    • Food preparation

    • Packaging

    • Hygiene and safety

  • DineInToGo is not responsible for food quality but will assist in issue resolution.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Network or technical failures

  • Strikes or emergencies

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
