Due to the nature of food items:
Returns are not accepted
Refunds are issued only under valid conditions
Refunds may be issued if:
Wrong item delivered
Missing items
Order not delivered
Order cancelled by restaurant
Food quality issues (with proof)
📸 Photo or video evidence may be required.
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
User entered incorrect address
User unavailable at delivery
Taste preference dissatisfaction
Late delivery caused by user or force majeure
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days
Wallet refunds may be faster
Prepaid bookings are refundable only if cancelled within the allowed timeframe set by the restaurant.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue via customer support.
