Return and Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of food items:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are issued only under valid conditions


Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Order not delivered

  • Order cancelled by restaurant

  • Food quality issues (with proof)

📸 Photo or video evidence may be required.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • User entered incorrect address

  • User unavailable at delivery

  • Taste preference dissatisfaction

  • Late delivery caused by user or force majeure


Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Wallet refunds may be faster


Dine-In & Table Booking Refunds

  • Prepaid bookings are refundable only if cancelled within the allowed timeframe set by the restaurant.

  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.


Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue via customer support.
