Interpretation and Definitions

  • Application refers to DineInToGo mobile and web application.

  • Company refers to DineInToGo Inc, Unit 1603, 4065 Confederation Parkway, Mississauga, ON, L5B 0L4.

  • Service refers to the multivendor food ordering, takeaway, dine-in, and table booking platform.

  • User means customers, restaurants, or vendors using the Service.

  • Vendor / Restaurant refers to third-party food providers listed on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DineInToGo, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are set by individual restaurants.

  • Taxes, delivery fees, and service charges may apply.

  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation.

  • DineInToGo acts as a technology platform, not the food provider.

Table Booking

  • Table availability is managed by restaurants.

  • Booking confirmation does not guarantee seating if restaurant policies are violated (late arrival, no-show).

  • Restaurants may cancel bookings due to operational issues.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Restaurants are responsible for food quality, hygiene, pricing, preparation time, and order accuracy.

  • Any disputes related to food quality must be raised through our support.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information

  • Abuse promotions or referral programs

  • Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content

  • Attempt to harm the platform or vendors

Limitation of Liability

DineInToGo is not responsible for:

  • Food quality issues

  • Allergic reactions

  • Restaurant service delays

  • Third-party delivery issues beyond reasonable control

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
